How it works
Workflow Process

Storyboarding in Miro
Many hours are spent in Miro crafting the correct learner experience and perfecting learner outcomes. The Storyboarding process visualizes the conversation in detail before any development work is done.

Media Generation in Synthesia
Recently, Version 3 avatars made a huge leap forward in realism. With multiple types, styles, and voices available as well as templated presentations, you’ll definitely find the correct persona for your project.

Simulation development
A 3-minute conversation takes 15 hours to complete. Each Interaction can have multiple sequences depending on project depth and parameters. Each Interaction is developed one at a time and tested vigorously before the next is started.

Testing & iteration
Testing and iterations are built into the workflow process at many different stages. The final stage of testing usually focuses on avatar performance and learner experience optimization. This includes the simulation evaluation and feedback.
